Fieldgate presents Seaton Phase 2 as a family neighbourhood of private crescent streets, surrounded on three sides by protected greenbelt, at Taunton Road and Brock Road.
The builder’s page says the community is now available and points buyers to a virtual presentation centre. No public price list, model names or square footage appeared on that page when we checked.
A separate Fieldgate site covers Seaton Winding Woods (freehold towns). Do not mix the two product lines when you register.
