DECO places Bloom Park at Burkholder Drive and Alexander Knox Road and describes a neighbourhood shaped by parks, woodlands, ponds and trails, with a landmark 10-hectare park and recreation complex at its centre.

That recreation complex is a City of Pickering project. City pages note the Seaton Recreation Complex & Library has been paused pending further council updates — do not treat DECO’s concept copy as a construction schedule.

Will Bloom Park have a recreation centre?

DECO markets the neighbourhood around a landmark park and recreation complex. The City of Pickering’s Seaton Recreation Complex & Library project is a separate civic file and has been reported as paused. Confirm both the home release and civic timing separately.
